We currently offer shipping throughout the United States.

Shipping rates and available shipping options are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Please keep in mind that estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by Abayat Alrayhana. Carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the correction if the order has not yet shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

If your tracking shows a delay or your package has not arrived as expected, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with the next steps.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property, with household members or neighbors, and contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, an unsuccessful delivery attempt, or another issue outside of our control, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.
